At Visby Dairy, 55 people are currently employed, and we are now looking for a new colleague to join our Maintenance team, which currently consists of eight people.

As an Operations Technician, you will be part of the team that ensures that Arla Visby's facility operates as it should, participates in preventive work to reduce unplanned factory stoppages, and performs service, repairs, and project work.

Your tasks will include preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as participating in renovations and new installations in the factory. The work is carried out both in the process facility and in the area's workshops. The position includes both maintenance, renovation, and manufacturing work, such as

• Renovation of machine parts
• Assembly of machine components and complete facilities
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems
• Documentation, reporting, and follow-up of actions taken

You should actively contribute to ensuring that work is carried out within planned time and cost frames and actively work on improvements regarding operations, QEHS, and maintenance activities.

We are looking for someone with good experience in a similar role as an Operations Technician, preferably within the industry. It is a merit if you have electrical knowledge. You have good communication skills and can express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English. We place great importance on your personal qualities! Production runs around the clock every day of the year, and as an Operations Technician, you will work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, with weekend on-call duty on a rotating schedule within the team.
